Avis Still #1 in Customer Loyalty

Trying harder really pays off. Again this year in an annual survey of customer engagement and customer loyalty, Avis Rent-A-Car has come out on top among car rental firms.

Avis has once again been named the leading car rental company in customer loyalty by the Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index. This is the eleventh year in a row that Avis has been awarded the number one spot in the car rental category.

Founder and president of Brand Keys, Robert Passikoff, noted that Avis continues to lead the drive towards excellence in the car rental industry according to their research, with customers giving Avis high marks in areas such as brand reputation, customer service, reliability and safety.

The annual survey looks at 518 brands across 71 categories.
